By accessing and using WristGPT, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

WristGPT is an AI assistant application designed for Apple Watch that provides conversational AI capabilities. The service allows users to interact with artificial intelligence through voice, text, and gesture inputs directly from their wrist.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WristGPT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

Subscription and Billing

• WristGPT offers both free and premium subscription tiers
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Intellectual Property

The WristGPT service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by WristGPT and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your conversations and data.

Privacy and Data

Service Availability
